- Take Exit 163 Seigen Lane
- Merge RIGHT onto Seigen Lane
- Pass 3 red lights
- Pass Capital One Bank (on the right)
- Take RIGHT onto Cedar Park Ave. (street beside Team Honda®)  
- PASS the Stop sign (Tai Industries warehouse)
- 10th building on RIGHT (See Tai Industries sign) - Tai Industries showroom/office
- Arrive at 11592 Cedar Park Ave.

 Direction from I-12 West (Hammond):
- Take Exit 4 Sherwood Forest Boulevard
- At red light turn LEFT onto Sherwood Forest Blvd. (go underneath inersate I-12)
- Pass 5 red lights
- At 5th red light cross over Highway 61/Airline Highway
- Sherwood Forest Blvd. will become Seigen Lane
- Go 1 block
- Turn LEFT onto Cedar Park Ave. (corner beside Team Honda®)
- PASS the Stop sign (Tai Industries warehouse)
- 10th building on RIGHT (See Tai Industries sign) - Tai Industries showroom/office
- Arrive at 11592 Cedar Park Ave.
